Richard Gelski (Chairman)

 

Richard is a consultant at corporate law firm, Johnson Winter & Slattery, specialising in taxation law. He has over 40 years’ experience as a University academic, barrister and solicitor. He sits on a number of private and public company Boards as well as a number of Private Foundations. During the course of the past 20 years, Richard has created a number of charitable foundations and has provided his services to a number of them on a pro bono basis.

 

Michael Brogan (Non-executive Director)

 

Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has in excess of 30 years of international banking experience. Michael has been actively involved in philanthropic and charitable work in South East Asia and Australia for over 20 years.

 

Sean Brogan (Non-executive Director)

 

Sean manages the Brogan family office and is an experienced IP and technology lawyer having worked in some of the top technology and IP firms in the UK and New Zealand. He sits on a number of domestic and international private company Boards. 

 

Robert Moran (Non-executive Director)

 

Robert is an experienced corporate adviser and business strategist. He is qualified in accounting and law and has operated as a lawyer, an adviser and a company director of many businesses in different business sectors and he has been a principal investor for over 30 years. He is Vice President of the NSW Regional Council for Redkite, a children’s oncology charity
